Return & Exchange policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective.

  • Customers must check the item while the courier is still present.

  • If the item is defective, you must report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To request a return (for defective items) or an exchange, please contact us on instagram with your order number and details.

  • Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.

  • Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
