1. Our Commitment
At St.eight, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
2. Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from steight.shop
- Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached
- Item is not a sale or discounted item (all sale items are final sale)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swim shorts (for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover the full cost of the return and send you a replacement at no extra charge. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
5. How to Request a Return
- Send us a DM on Instagram at @st8.shop with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued via InstaPay to the phone number associated with your order. Please make sure your InstaPay account is active and linked to your Egyptian mobile number.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on eligible items subject to availability.
