Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Egypt only.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @st8.shop to stay updated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the contact details provided at checkout. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply in this case.
